Mindscape have released version 5 of there high performance .NET ORM. Version 5 features compiled queries which provide a 59% performance improvement (and more than 7x faster than Entity Framework), first class SQL 2012 support, many improvements to the Visual Studio integrated designer and hundreds of other improvements under the hood. There's a free edition available for smaller databases and a commercial edition.
